*Lead free solder may necessitate optional nitrogen inertion of entire system to minimize dross formation. Ceramic coatings are also available to combat the corrosive nature of lead free solder and other materials such as tin.

The SP Series Solder Pots are designed and constructed to provide outstanding service and long life at the lowest operating cost. Operational learning curve is typically less than 1 hour due to a very intuitive menu in the LCD display. All SP series solder pots are all capable of accepting a wide assortment of 124 standard nozzles, up to 20" x 2", which can accommodate most connector sizes, PGA's, etc.. Custom nozzle requests are welcome and quickly quoted! Premier Tool Works years of expertise in nozzle design, utilizing refined solder flow fluidics combined with engineered solder temperature stability, allows us to provide extremely effective selective solder tooling. We can simultaneously solder as many joints as desired, with very close spacing or even with large thermal differentials in the same application. Our solder pots have also been configured to feed other materials including wax, babbitt, and others. Specialized ceramic coatings are available to solve difficult applications and extend life when lead free solder or other aggressive materials are being used.
