Fluxers
The Elite Series of spray fluxers is engineered to provide high performance and long life using reciprocating spray head technology. The reciprocating spray head assures even and consistent application of flux. The spray nozzle system is sealed and internally operated for uniform fluxing. The air pressure required to atomize the flux, is adjustable to achieve the desired droplet size and spray pattern. This is the most cost effective way of applying flux due to application efficiency, allowing you to achieve the superior results the Elite series can provide with your no clean or water soluble process. The Elite series is compatible with a wide range of fluxes (1-35% solids) whether they be alcohol or VOC water based.
The Elite spray fluxers consist of a free standing control including two, three gallon tanks for flux and purge fluids. Additional tanks are available for multiple flux type apllications. A stainless steel applicator and spray head are the heart of the system, unlike other manufacturers who use nickel plated brass applicators which are prone to fail quickly in these types of applications. Elite fluxers are engineered to withstand the difficult operating environment and provide reliable, low maintenance service. An exclusive feature on the Elite applicators is the synchronized screw elevation system. The applicator can be raised or lowered using any one of the four adjusters on the applicator base!
The Elite spray fluxers are computer controlled, maximizing the systems flexibility and ease of operation. Computer control also means that additional programming is easily accomplished based on the needs of our clients. Operation of the machine is simple and straight forward. The LCD display reports all machine conditions and has the operating pushbuttons incorporated as well. Integration capability for existing lines is built in! The system can be triggered via pushbutton, supplied photo eye, or relay contact with supplied mating connector and cable. When using the relay contact, a fluxing "complete" signal is also provided for automation interface.
